All Response Media is headed by the most senior executive board of any UK-based performance media agency, leading a team of over 150 talented professionals across our offices in London, Leeds, Amsterdam, Paris and Boston.

Aldona graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in Spanish & Media Studies. She joined All Response Media as a graduate in 1999. In 2004 she went to Starcom Direct and worked on acquisition focussed accounts such as Capital One, BT, Liverpool Victoria and James Villa Holidays.

In 2008 she was lured back to ARM as our Head of Buying to utilise her strong negotiation skills and buying expertise. In 2010, Aldona was promoted to Board Director.

A graduate in Economics, Andy started his career as a TV Time Buyer and in 1995 set up All Response Media to exploit the then emerging market of direct response TV and the Information Superhighway (as the Internet was then often referred to).

Since its launch, Andy has grown ARM to be the UK’s leading customer acquisition media agency, a top buying point for DRTV and specialists in integrating online and offline media. Andy sits on the Media Futures Group panel, the primary board for media agency policy in the UK.

Bobby graduated with a degree in Business Studies (Marketing) from Nottingham Trent University in 2008. After spending 5 years running a family business in Manchester, gaining valuable knowledge and expertise across all aspects of the business, he moved to London in 2013 to begin a career dedicated to marketing within the advertising industry.

This brought him to All Response Media where he has been ever since, growing through the team quickly, being promoted to Marketing Manager in 2016 to lead the team across the agency’s content, communications, branding and new business operations. An advertising enthusiast, ask him anything about ads from the 90s onwards and chances are he’ll recall it!

After graduating with a degree in Mathematics, Chevy spent his early career at Teletext Holidays; playing a key role in their movement from an analogue TV business to one in the digital world. After seven years he moved agency-side with MC&C, becoming Head of Insight across all clients including Which?, WaterAid and Warner Leisure. After nearly eight years he moved to Opticomm Media as Media Director.

During his time, Chevy worked across both brand and acquisition focused business across a range of clients including the British Red Cross, NFU Mutual and Alzheimer’s Society. Chevy moved to All Response Media in 2015 as an Associate Director, and now heads up three of our London business units.

Managing Director

CJ is Managing Director at All Response Media. Working across both on and offline media, he is responsible for ensuring that clients’ budgets are spent in the most effective way possible.

In addition, his role is to implement best practice planning and media innovation across the agency. His philosophies are collaboration, innovation, common sense, integrity with keen buying – summed up in the mantra: “if it was our money, what would we do?”

Colin has a pedigree background in customer acquisition media and following an illustrious career including a board position at CIA joint venture, Portrait Marketing, he joined All Response Media in 1997 as a Board Director.

He was responsible for launching All Response Media into digital in 2000, which today stands as a top ten planning/buying position in the UK digital arena and the UK’s Number 1 acquisition based digital buying agency. In 2004, Colin became Managing Director, and more recently was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer.

Dan has had an association with Digital since its early inception and in 2005, following positions at Media 21 and Manning Gottlieb OMD, joined All Response Media as a Digital Account Manager.

In 2006 Dan moved to ARM’s Leeds office and in 2008 was promoted to Head of Digital where he was responsible for the entire agency’s digital output. In 2012, Dan was promoted to Board Director position and now heads up the growing Leeds office.

Dylan has been with All Response Media since 2002. A keen thinker, constantly pushing new ideas and strategic directions, Dylan pioneered the use of channels including outdoor and radio for direct response (DR) clients and has great experience of more traditional channels and digital media.

A guitar-playing economics graduate, Dylan combines a creative streak with a love for numbers and organisation. Dylan was promoted from Client Services Director to Board Director in 2009.

With a diverse and considerable industry background, Ed joined ARM in 2012 as a Group Account Director. He is best described as a disruptor; always asking the difficult questions in a meeting and continuously challenging the status quo in order to grow our clients’ businesses faster than their competitors.

In 2016, Ed was promoted to the board as its Planning Director, where he is responsible for working collaboratively with clients on their business objectives and establishing a long-term strategy to achieve their goals and growth targets today, and in the long term. Ed is an accredited MIPA, and works closely with the IPA as part of the Senior Planning Leadership group.

Gerrit is a seasoned media man, with over 35 years in the advertising and media industry. Late 70s, he began his journey at Ogilvy & Mather and by 1993 he was in a managerial position at Carat. In ’96, as Deputy Director, Gerrit was involved in launching MediaCom in the Netherlands. In 2006 Gerrit became CEO at Starcom Netherlands and as of January 2015 joined Brand & Business Architects as an Associate Partner.

Gerrit brought his wealth of experience to All Response Media in early 2016, opening the Amsterdam office to service our growing client base across the continent, including the likes of JML, Vistaprint and Save the Children.

Jess joined All Response Media in 2010 through the graduate programme following a short stint in a local Bournemouth agency. Jess has remained at ARM since 2010, and in 2013 began working on various European accounts. The lure of the continent proved too much for her and in 2016 she moved to Amsterdam to open ARM’s new European office and head up the team looking after our clients across Europe.

After starting his media career in 2006, consisting of stints at two independent media agencies, Kris joined All Response Media as a Planner / Buyer in 2008 and quickly grasped and embodied the ARM culture leading to a rapid rise through the agency. In 2016, Kris was promoted to Associate Director and oversees numerous account teams ensuring our industry-leading methods of campaign delivery are held to the highest standard.

During his time at All Response, he has worked on clients from a vast array of sectors with clients of various sizes, across the UK, USA and Europe.

Leila’s passion lies in utilising data to connect the offline and online world; to always ensure high-ROI marketing strategies for client partners. Outside of work, Leila enjoys nothing more than travelling with her husband and 2 children.

After 12 years in digital agencies such as Digitas and Performics, helping clients to develop their business thanks to digital levers, Leila joined Arena Media 2 years ago to lead the multi-media strategy of French telecoms operator, SFR.

Notable work includes leading the digital strategy for the 4G launch campaign for Bouygues Telecom in France, setting up an international PPC strategy over 30 countries, for 10 brands within the Swatch Group; and helping VestiaireCollective.com launch over 6 markets, driving their digital performance and TV response strategy. The past experiences have all led to Leila deeply understanding client issues, helping them to grow their businesses in an ever-changing marketing environment.

Liam has been working in performance media planning and buying since he graduated from his postgraduate diploma in marketing and advertising in 1999. It didn’t take him long to realise that All Response Media embodied entrepreneurial and focused approach he enjoyed and he joined the team in early 2002.

Working across both the London and Leeds offices in his time with the business, Liam has delivered multi-media performance campaigns across a wide cross-section of industry sectors. Liam was recently promoted to Associate Director in 2015, overseeing the progress and growth of some of our key clients.

Lucy graduated from Aston University with a 2:1 in Public Policy and Business Management in 2004. After starting her media career in the bright lights of London, she moved back to her northern roots to join All Response Media in 2007 as a Digital Account Manager. Lucy’s core passion is data and using numbers to back up decisions and has enjoyed working across multi-media campaigns in recent years. Lucy has been instrumental in the growth and billings of the Leeds digital team and oversees the strategy and direction of key clients. Lucy was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 and, together with her counterpart in London, helps to drive digital forward across the agency.

Nick first joined All Response Media in 2011 as a Digital Account Director, working across a variety of clients, and assisting in the rapid growth of the digital team.

In 2012, Nick left ARM and spent two years at Razorfish, but re-joined All Response as the Head of Digital Strategy in 2014. After excelling in that role and as an Associate Director, Nick was promoted to board Director in 2016.

Paula started her career in finance in September 1990, joining Zenith Media; she progressed through the roles within finance and then moved to AMS Media Group as their Finance Manager in 1995.

Wanting to put the experience she gained to further use, once she qualified in 2006 she joined ARM as its FC. She now heads up our Finance and HR team and was promoted to board Director in March 2015.

Séverine’s passions lie in building the best teams, to create the best agency. Being a true sparring partner for clients, working together and challenging them to ensure they are maximising their advertising investments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family, including her 3 children.

As Managing Director of My Media for 9 years, she firmly established them as the leading performance agency in France. More recently she spent 2 years at Arena Media, which is part of the Havas Group in France. Séverine has overseen the biggest ecommerce launches in France, including Zalando; Groupon; eDarling; JustFab and Babbel to name a few. Key retail experience, driving to web to store, includes Système U (6 years) and Carrefour (2 years). She is a member of IAB and CESP (French Advertising Center)

Tim’s experience is founded on time at above and below-the-line agencies. Having been based at an accounting firm in Bury St Edmunds, he moved to London to take up a position at a fledgling Evans Hunt Scott (EHS).

A brief period with Mellors Reay and Grey Advertising only served to encourage a return to EHS (now Havas Helia), which had by then grown and expanded. In 2005 Tim joined All Response Media as Finance Director, overseeing the financial strategy and management of ARM.

As a qualified Computer System Engineer, Waldu started his career as an Electrical Systems Engineer in South Africa before moving to the UK in 2005 where he established himself as a Web and Systems Developer in the Charity Industry.

In 2010, Waldu joined ARM to modernise the bespoke data analysis and management systems, streamline internal processes and lead development projects. In September 2015, he was promoted to Associate Director, and in October 2016 he was promoted to the board of directors. The South African enjoys extreme sports and is always keen for a BBQ, the bigger the better!
